Russia sees Armenians as a fraternal nation but has certain
\nquestions to the country’s leadership. Spokesperson for the Russian President
\nDmitry Peskov said this.

“Russia considers the ratification of the Rome Statute
\ninappropriate as far as the bilateral relationships are concerned,” Peskov
\nsaid.

He noted that Armenia is a friendly country and a partner
\nfor Russia.
<\/p><\/p>\n\n
“We have a lot in common with the fraternal Armenian people
\nand have no doubt that we will be linked by this bond forever. However, we have
\ncertain questions to the current Armenian leadership. The Armenian side was
\npresented with these issues beforehand,” Peskov added.
