Baku and Yerevan will return to discussions on the peace treaty text in December, Azerbaijani Presidential Aide Hikmet Hajiyev told TASS<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Currently, the main topic on Azerbaijan’s agenda is COP29,” Hajiyev said, noting that from December on, a new process will begin between Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding negotiations and the continuation of discussions on the peace treaty text.<\/p>\n

According to Hajiyev, there are certain issues regarding the document’s text. “Therefore, discussions and negotiations at the expert level are under way. The Armenian side did not respond to our proposals regarding the peace treaty text in a timely manner. The process has been delayed.
