People displaced from Artsakh are in poor health. Armenian
\nMinister of Health Anahit Avanesyan said this in Goris.<\/p>\n

“They were under a 10-month-long siege, suffered
\nmalnourishment and were out of medicines for chronic diseases. Therefore,
\nadministering first aid is of major importance. If, after this, the necessity
\nfor hospitalization arises, patients are taken to hospitals by ambulance,”
\nAvanesyan said.<\/p>\n

She noted that deaths were recorded on the way from Artsakh
\nto Armenia. People, especially older adults, had fatal strokes after being on
\nthe way for more than an hour.<\/p>\n
