Since April 2022, the Armenian authorities have been
\npublicly announcing their plans to cede Artsakh. This was first stated by
\nPashinyan at the National Assembly meeting. He said that he was lowering the
\nbar in the negotiations on the Artsakh issue. Secretary of the NA With Honor
\nFaction Tigran Abrahamyan made a Facebook post on this.<\/p>\n

According to Abrahamyan, Pashinyan’s team members then began
\nto “clearly explain” that thereby their leader had renounced the right to
\nself–determination and saw the settlement of the conflict within Azerbaijan’s
\nterritorial integrity.<\/p>\n

“To sound more reasonable, the authorities began to promote
\nsuch ideas as “Artsakh can exist within Azerbaijan”, “the Armenian community of
\nAzerbaijan”, “Artsakh is part of historical Azerbaijan”, etc. Afterward, at the
\nfamous summit in Prague, Pashinyan said that he was ready to recognize Artsakh
\nas part of Azerbaijan,” Abrahamyan wrote, noting that all those who are trying
\nto find ways out of the current situation and consider the cession of Artsakh
