“Considering the need to be honest with our people, we call
\non the parties, considered opposition forces as a result of the Yerevan Council
\nof Elders elections, to make clear statements that will not give rise to
\nmultiple interpretations and will open up an opportunity to jointly exclude the
\npossibility of the current authority’s re-election.<\/p>\n

In case of a lack of consensus — that is, not attending the
\nsession and preventing a quorum — the new Yerevan Council of Elders election
