In a conversation with Tert.am<\/a>, Former Head of the National
\nSecurity Council of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan denied the information that
\nAzerbaijan had arrested him yesterday while crossing the Hakari bridge.

”I am in Artsakh. So, please write down my address: 29
\nDanielyan Street, Askeran. I am here and have not even tried to leave Artsakh,”
\nBalasanyan said, noting once again that he is not going to leave Artsakh.

To remind, the Azerbaijani sources had disseminated
