The Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) will cease to

Artsakh InfoCenter reports that a decision has been made to
\ndissolve all state institutions and agencies by Jan. 1, 2024.<\/p>\n

After the decree comes into force, the population of
\nNagorno-Karabakh, including the part of the population outside the republic, will
\nget acquainted with the reintegration conditions set out by the Republic of
\nAzerbaijan to further make an independent and individual decision.<\/p>\n
