“Forced or hasty conclusion of a “Peace Treaty” or a “Peace
\nIllusion” is another manifestation of pressure on the Armenian authorities from
\nthe international community and Azerbaijan. Current conditions are not
\nfavorable for the quick conclusion of the treaty for two reasons. First,
\nAzerbaijan’s rhetoric has not changed; its actions in the territory of Armenia,
\nespecially in the territory of Artsakh, have not changed either. Thus, after
\nthe genocide in Artsakh, how can one extend a hand of friendship to the
\ngenocide perpetrator and express readiness to establish peace?” Ohanyan said.
