“By the decision of the authority in charge of the
\nproceedings, they will be released from custody as the necessity for arrest no
\nlonger exists. The investigation in connection with the criminal proceedings is
\nunderway,” Spokesperson for the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Gor
\nAbrahamyan wrote.<\/p>\n

As Abrahamyan noted, so far, no criminal prosecution has
\nbeen brought against them.<\/p>\n
