Everyone wishing to move from Artsakh to the Republic of
\nArmenia will be given that opportunity, the Artsakh InfoCenter reports.

“As agreed, there is no deadline for evacuation. As noted
\nbefore, those evacuated, left homeless and wishing to leave for the Republic of
\nArmenia will be transferred to Armenia in the first place.
<\/p><\/p>\n
The Artsakh authorities will not leave and will carry out
\ntheir duties until the evacuation of those wishing to leave is fully arranged.
<\/p><\/p>\n
Meanwhile, to obtain fuel, people cause traffic jams near
\ngas stations, thus clogging the traffic in the city.
<\/p><\/p>\n
Currently, the transfer of seriously and critically injured
\npersons to the Republic of Armenia and the entry of essential medical supplies
\nand other humanitarian goods cannot be arranged on account of the congested
\ntraffic on the highway from Stepanakert to Goris.
<\/p><\/p>\n
Thus, to avoid accidents and to help save the lives of the
\ninjured, we urge everyone not to move to other places for the time being.
<\/p><\/p>\n
\n<\/p>
With this in mind, we call on the public sector workers and
\nlaw enforcement officers to continue to perform their duties for the security
\nof our compatriots.
