Khachatryan says we should pay attention to the statements
\nmade by the enemy state’s leader. For example, Aliyev recently announced that
\nthe issue of Artsakh should be forgotten.

“The Armenian authorities are afraid to utter the words “the
\nRepublic of Artsakh” in general. They are afraid of the activities of Artsakh
\nofficials,” Khachatryan said.

The MP is not surprised that these authorities consider the
\nactivities of Artsakh state agencies meaningless.

“They have yielded to the demands of Azerbaijan. It was
\nNikol Pashinyan, who said that the issue of return does not exist. What is

\ntalking about the displacement issue at the U.N. Security Council meeting,
\nBayramov countered him by quoting Nikol Pashinyan as saying that nothing

Khachatryan is sure this “peace treaty” is not going to
\nbring about peace.

“I am convinced the wording of the document that Azerbaijan
\nimposes on Armenia is going to be vague, giving Azerbaijan another casus
\nbelli,” he concluded.
