A significant breakthrough has been achieved regarding 15 out of the 17 articles of this document. During my recent meeting in Kazan with the prime minister of Armenia, what I heard and felt was that these two articles remain unresolved but could potentially be accepted by Armenia; I mean our conditions.<\/li>\n
The unresolved points include abstaining from international lawsuits against each other and not deploying representatives of other countries along the border.<\/li>\n
Armenia needs to understand that no one will help “on the ground” in the event of provocation against Azerbaijan, despite support from the U.S. and France. How did Macron assist them in 2020 or 2023? He gave support. He held their hand, probably; I do not know, or perhaps something else. That’s it. What is he capable of?<\/li>\n
Behind Armenia’s weapons stand France, India, and the United States. The arms supplied by Macron’s government to Armenia are offensive, lethal weapons that pose a practical threat to Azerbaijan.<\/li>\n
According to the latest data, there are about 20 Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh. They continue to receive social assistance from Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Social Protection.<\/li>\n
