Since early morning, streets have been blocked in Yerevan.
\nProtesters have been carrying out civil disobedience actions in support of
\nArtsakh. They are demanding Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation.<\/p>\n

Dozens of people have been arrested, including members of
\nthe Hayakve initiative<\/a>, candidate for mayor of Yerevan Andranik Tevanyan<\/a> and
\nothers.<\/p>\n\n

Although the plan was to besiege the Government building
\nearly in the morning, the Cabinet session took place after all. Police officers
\nhave formed a three-lin<\/a>e cordon around the Government building.
