Thousands of people from different villages of
\nArtsakh are now in Stepanakert; they spent the night in basements and cars.
\nArtsakh NA MP Metaxe Hakobyan said this to NEWS.am.<\/p>\n
“There is no electricity and no water, as in
\nmany places the water supply depends on electricity. Now, the water supply has
\nbeen partially restored. There is no food, either. However, it is of little
\nimportance to people, as they cannot believe that Artsakh is lost now. Many
\nfamilies and many children are missing. People are not able to find each
\nother,” Metaxe Hakobyan said.<\/p>\n
The MP noted that people make fires and
