Thirty-two hours after the ceasefire, Azerbaijan has not
\nallowed the Artsakh side to take its soldiers’ and civilians’ bodies
\nunder its control. Artak Beglaryan made an X post on this.

\nAzerbaijanis had given us that chance.

\ndifferent caliber firearms from areas adjacent to Stepanakert.

Shooting can be heard in the center of the capital as well.
\nWe urge everyone not to leave shelters for security reasons.
