According to Aliyev, Baku continues to make efforts to “ensure peace and stability in the South Caucasus,” noting that the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiation process is under way at the bilateral level. Grono, for her part, stated that “dialogue between the European Union and Azerbaijan is important.”<\/p>\n
