The Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee) has presented a report on the results of its monitoring, on the basis of which PACE adopted a resolution.<\/p>\n
The Assembly commends the continuous commitment of Armenia to its democratic development in spite of the considerable security challenges it is facing.<\/p>\n
The Assembly regrets that the political climate remains exceedingly polarized and antagonistic and calls on all stakeholders to improve the relationship between the parliamentary majority and the opposition.<\/p>\n
