The gradual improvement of the humanitarian situation in
\nArtsakh will create favorable conditions to begin a dialogue between Baku and
\nStepanakert and to resume the tripartite agreements’ implementation process.
\nRussian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said this.<\/p>\n
“Russia continues to facilitate the resolution of the dire
\nsituation in Nagorno-Karabakh based on Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s
\ninitiative on the simultaneous unblocking of the Lachin and Aghdam routes for
\nhumanitarian goods,” she said.<\/p>\n

Zakharova noted that, considering the interests of the local
\npopulation, uninterrupted and regular deliveries of humanitarian goods are
