On Sept. 18, Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan met with
\na group of displaced persons from Hadrut. The group was led by Hadrut Regional
\nAdministration Head Artur Baghdasaryan and Mayor of Hadrut Vahan Savadyan, the
\nCentral Information Department of the Artsakh President’s Office reports.<\/p>\n

They addressed the social problems facing the displaced
\npersons on account of the blockade of Artsakh.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
“The government will keep running assistance programs aimed
\nat ameliorating the effects of the blockade, focusing attention on the
\nvulnerable groups,” Shahramanyan noted, referring to the humanitarian disaster
\nin the republic and the security challenges facing them.<\/p>\n
