Throughout the voting process, pressure was exerted on the
\nmembers of precinct election commissions; many people were called up to polling
\nplaces under pressure; observers’ rights were violated; a blatant campaign was
\nbeing conducted in polling places, etc.<\/p>\n

In fact, voter turnout in the elections was unprecedentedly
