After persistent diplomatic efforts, the International
\nCommittee of the Red Cross (ICRC) managed to find a humanitarian consensus
\nbetween the decision-makers. As a result, today, shipments of wheat flour and
\nessential medical items have been delivered to people in need via the Lachin
\nCorridor and the Aghdam road. <\/p>\n\n
To remind, one truck of aid was delivered to Stepanakert via
\nthe Akna-Stepanakert road, and another one via the Lachin corridor. The Artsakh
\nInfoCenter reports that in the coming days, humanitarian aid will be sent from
