“Turkey is an ideal place for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine,” Erdoğan said.<\/p>\n
He stated that U.S. President Donald Trump’s diplomatic initiative regarding Ukraine aligns with Ankara’s official policy toward the country over the past three years.<\/p>\n
“Mr. Trump has initiated a negotiation process. This approach is in line with the policy that Turkey has been pursuing over the past three years. The negotiations in Istanbul served as a starting point for areas where the sides are closest to reaching an agreement,” Erdoğan noted.<\/p>\n
Zelenskyy stated that he had canceled his visit to Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n
“I have canceled my trip to Saudi Arabia; I will not go there. I have postponed my visit to March 10.
