\nRussian initiative, i.e. to open “the Lachin corridor” and to allow the ICRC,
\nthe Russian peacekeepers and private organizations, providing Artsakh with

According to Abrahamyan, now the Russian side is negotiating
\nwith Azerbaijan for the fulfillment of its obligations. However, the
\nAzerbaijani side makes statements, aimed at torpedoing the overall process. As
\na result, the situation is coming to a dead end.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
“Azerbaijan acts against the proposals of all geopolitical
\ncenters, aimed at handling the situation. With this in mind, international
\nactors should intensify pressure on Azerbaijan,” he noted. <\/p>\n

According to Abrahamyan, the actions to be taken by
\ndifferent counties with regard to the current situation, will show who adheres
\nto the regional peace and stability principles established by them.
