\nDefense Minister Zakir Hasanov.

Adviser to the President of Artsakh Davit Babayan views the
\nmeeting of the officials as normal and notes that such meetings take place
\nfrequently.

“Meetings with the Azerbaijani, the RA and our relevant
\nagencies have always been held; this is not a strange phenomenon. Such meetings
\nare important. They are held with the Armenian and Azerbaijani defense
\nministers and the leadership of Artsakh. And this is a normal thing. “It
\nwould be much better if that meeting produced positive results,” Babayan said.
