The deterioration of relations between Armenia and
\nAzerbaijan badly affects the activities of the Russian, Armenian and
\nAzerbaijani tripartite working group on the unblocking of transport links in
\nthe South Caucasus. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said this.

“Of course, any kind of escalation badly affects our
\nactivities; the overall process drags on, and it takes time to get back to
\nnegotiations. Talks have not broken down; they continue,” the Russian deputy
\nprime minister said.

According to Overchuk, the next meeting between the Russian,
\nArmenian and Azerbaijani deputy prime ministers will take place when conditions
