\nhumanitarian aid from the Russian Red Cross has not yet reached Artsakh due to
\nadditional impediments and conditions imposed by Azerbaijan, which were not
\npreviously agreed upon.<\/p>\n

The Russian aid is currently stuck in Azerbaijan, and the
\nLachin Corridor remains fully blocked.

“The Artsakh side has accepted the Russian proposal to grant
\naccess for humanitarian aid through Azerbaijan, on the condition that the
\nLachin Corridor is opened for humanitarian supplies by the International
\nCommittee of Red Cross and Russian peacekeepers. The Russian Red Cross is
\nattempting to deliver goods of Russian origin using Russian vehicles. However, Azerbaijan
\nhas consistently blocked all initiatives at the last moment, repeatedly
\nattempting to raise its negotiation threshold and delay the process, while
\nmaintaining pressure on the Artsakh side and continuing the genocide,”
\nBeglaryan wrote.
