Today, Sept. 8, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, 10 patients, along with their
\nattendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals. The patients were
\ntransferred to Armenia to receive immediate medical treatment, the Artsakh
\nMinistry of Health reports.<\/p>\n\n
Three patients are expected to return to Artsakh with their
\nattendants in ICRC vehicles today. They were transferred to the Republic of
\nArmenia to receive state-funded treatment.
