“We, on the European side, need to take steps toward integration,” Sánchez stated during a forum held in Madrid.<\/p>\n
He announced that he is convinced that the EU will “achieve the goal of having a European armed force” in the future. “Because if we do this, I am sure that our deterrence capacity will be greater,” the official believes.<\/p>\n
“It will be very important that we can guarantee a multilateral order, respect for international law, the protection of international humanitarian law, and thus, prosperity,” he added.<\/p>\n
