As the mayoral candidate from My Strong Community party for the Gyumri community council, I declare that I am ready—without any preconditions and without aspiring to any position—to vote for the opposition candidate, Vardan Ghukasyan, who received the most votes from the people of Gyumri. I promised you that if I do not win, I would support the opposition candidate who receives the most votes from the people of Gyumri.<\/p>\n
