U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that, unlike European leaders, he can successfully cooperate with Russia regarding the Ukraine conflict.<\/p>\n
“Europe has not succeeded in its relations with President Putin. But I believe I will be successful,” Trump told American reporters aboard his plane while discussing Ukraine.<\/p>\n
In his view, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is “looking to make a deal” for conflict resolution.<\/p>\n
“And I think President Putin is also ready for a deal,” the U.S. president added.<\/p>\n
