Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested ending hostilities in Ukraine, based on the current frontline, the Financial Times<\/a> writes, citing three sources.<\/p>\n

According to the sources, Putin also noted during a meeting in early April in Saint Petersburg with U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff that Moscow might abandon its ambitions over certain territories occupied in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told FT that “intense work is under way.”<\/p>\n
