“Dear friends, dear compatriots,<\/p>\n
I want to address all of you and say — do not worry, everything is okay with us. Information has come out through local media here about the 1992 Ivanyan events that completely contradict what I said. They have interpreted it in a way that is the opposite of what I actually said.<\/p>\n
I said that the responsibility for those events lies exactly with the Azerbaijani side, and this was the result of internal power struggles.<\/p>\n
Additionally, I have never said that there is a reward for the liberation of Ivanyan. That is also incorrectly worded. I will raise this issue during the court session tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Overall, we are alright. We are being treated very well, especially in solitary confinement. We have no problems. They haven’t even said anything bad once, nor have they cast a hostile look in our direction,” Babayan said.<\/p>\n
