Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has relieved Defense
\nMinister Oleksii Reznikov of his post. Head of the State Property Fund of
\nUkraine Rustem Umerov will fill the post if the Verkhovna Rada supports his candidacy. <\/p>\n
“Oleksii Reznikov has gone through more than 550 days
\nof full-scale war. I think that the ministry now needs new approaches and other
\nformats of interaction with both the military and the public in general,”
\nthe Ukrainian president said. <\/p>\n\n
He expressed hope that the Verkhovna Rada will support
\nUmerov’s candidacy.
