On the 32nd anniversary of the declaration of independence
\nof the Republic of Artsakh, the incumbent and former presidents of the country,
\nofficials and citizens paid tribute to those who laid down their lives in the
\nArtsakh war.<\/p>\n

Many people came to Stepankert’s Brotherhood
\nCemetery-Memorial Complex without flowers — they merely did not manage to find
\nflowers — but full of hope that they will not celebrate such memorable
\noccasions in low spirits anymore.<\/p>\n
