ICRC delegates have visited the three Armenian students
\nabducted from the checkpoint over the Hakari bridge. ICRC Communication and
\nPrevention Programs Manager Zara Amatuni said this to ABC Media<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The visits were paid on Aug. 30 and Aug. 31. <\/p>\n

The representative of ICRC Armenian office did not provide
\ndetails on the boys’ state of health on the grounds that it is confidential
\ninformation.<\/p>\n

The ICRC has no information about the boys’ promised return
\nin 10 days, either; it is not within their powers. If the sides agree on this,
\nthey will arrange the return.<\/p>\n

<\/p><\/p>\n\n

“The International Committee of the Red Cross has no right
\nto negotiate the return of arrested persons with the sides,” Amatuni said.<\/p>\n
