Today, Sept. 1, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, 11 patients, along with their
\nattendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from Artsakh. The
\npatients were transferred to Armenia to receive immediate medical treatment, the
\nMinistry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh reports.

\nvehicles today. They were transferred to the Republic of Armenia to receive
