\nmisinformation campaign, claiming that the RA Armed Forces are deploying
\nmilitary personnel and large supplies of military equipment near Sotk.

By disseminating misinformation, Azerbaijan clears the way
\nto proceed with its military provocations — started in the morning — in the
\ndirection of Sotk.
