The ECHR order states that Azerbaijan is obliged to provide
\nthe Court with information regarding the persons’ whereabouts, conditions of
\ndetention, state of health, received medical treatment and the steps taken
\ntoward their return.

To remind, Armenia applied to the European Court of Human
\nRights for an interim measure against Azerbaijan regarding the rights of the
\nthree civilians abducted from the Lachin corridor.
