The German foreign minister recalled power outages in
\nArtsakh and noted that the unblocking of the Lachin corridor is necessary for
\npeople’s normal life.

“Therefore, we turn to Azerbaijan and Russia: The
\npeople of Nagorno-Karabakh should, after all, get what they need for life. The
\nLachin corridor must be open for humanitarian aid,” she noted.
