\nArtsakh, Zakharova highlighted the need for dialogue between Baku and
\nStepanakert.

“The peacekeepers’ task is to impose measures for the
\nprotection of rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh. Dialogue between
\nBaku and Stepanakert can be one of these measures,” Maria Zakharova said.
