U.S. President Donald Trump has stressed the importance of signing the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace agreement as soon as possible, TASS<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

“Long-term peace will ensure prosperity in the South Caucasus and create greater opportunities for cooperation with the United States. Now is the time to achieve peace and start a new era of prosperity for the peoples of the South Caucasus,” Trump wrote in a letter addressed to Ilham Aliyev.<\/p>\n
