In 2013, Azerbaijan disclosed the list of people whose entry
\ninto the country is banned. This “blacklist” is being updated on a regular
\nbasis. <\/p>\n

The reason for the ban was the violation of the Constitution
\nof Azerbaijan and the so-called law concerning state borders. Under these laws,
\nthose who visited Artsakh without their permission, appeared on that list.
\nInitially, 330 people had been put on the list. However, this number gradually
\nincreased to 698. Many prominent people have been put on the list, namely
\nsingers, actors, political figures and journalists. Thus, it turns out that
\nAzerbaijan makes the world move within its constitution.<\/p>\n

The international community was not taking this fact
\nseriously. Now, they are not taking it seriously either, when Azerbaijan
\npursues the same policy in a more dangerous way. Back then, we could be
\ndeclared persona non grata in Azerbaijan; today, they can take us hostage.
