At the annual Conference of Ambassadors, Minister of Europe
\nand Foreign Affairs of France Catherine Colonna stated that Paris is channeling
\nefforts into establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

“It will allow the two countries to draw a line of border
\ndemarcation and will give the people of Nagorno-Karabakh the opportunity to
\nlive in their homeland, thus respecting their rights, culture and history.
\nAzerbaijan’s “strangling” policy aimed at bringing about a mass exodus of
\nArmenians from Nagorno-Karabakh is illegal, as already stated by the
\nInternational Court of Justice. Moreover, this is an immoral act,” she said.
