\neven any international guarantee is functional in case of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
According to available information, the Azerbaijani side has illegally deprived
\nand abducted 3 young civilians from Artsakh, including using brutal force,”
\nTatoyan wrote.<\/p>\n

The young civilians were traveling to Armenia through the
\nBerdzor (Lachin) road, with mediation of Russian peacekeepers, for education
\npurposes.
<\/p><\/p>\n
“These are the natural fruits of the fascist Armenophobic
\npolicy of Azerbaijan.
<\/p><\/p>\n\n
This is what happens when you sacrifice your rights, your
\ndignity and other vital rights for political interests, when the primary issues
\nin the country are after the secondary and even the tertiary issues, or whether
\neven the primary issues have a place at all,” the former ombudsman wrote.
