“Recently, the Artsakh issue has been looked at as a
\ndire humanitarian situation. However, it is the consequence of political and
\nsecurity problems that are not dealt with. The RA authorities have a tendency
\nto show statistics on the government assistance programs for Artsakh to justify
\ntheir ceding policy. However, the overriding concern is not merely the social
\nissues, but the fact that the RA authorities are in line with the
\nTurkish-Azerbaijani alliance with regard to the Artsakh issue. Artsakh circles are
\npublicly raising this question as well. First, Pashinyan’s regime washed its
\nhands of addressing the political and security issues of Artsakh. Then, it
\nannounced its readiness to recognize Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, thereby
\ngreen-lighting the total blockade of Artsakh. Artsakh is sending out an SOS,
\nwhile the RA authorities are trying to silence that call with concerts and
\nfestivals,” he wrote.<\/p>\n
