Ukraine’s Security Service has announced a wanted notice for singer and People’s Artist of Russia, Grigory Leps, in the Ternopil region, Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs says.<\/p>\n
The singer is accused under Article 110-2, Part 3 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code, of financing actions aimed at undermining Ukraine’s constitutional order.
