There is a positive aspect to this entire story as well: the agreement signed between Aliyev and Pashinyan can be accepted or rejected by the Armenian people. They can be manipulated into believing that the written “peace” is a real guarantee, and they can genuinely assess the situation and make decisions accordingly.<\/p>\n
