According to the spokesperson, humanitarian and security
\nproblems caused by the total blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan were discussed
\nduring the meetings. Other issues, regarding the actions to be taken by the
\nArtsakh authorities and various mediation proposals aimed at handling the
\nsituation, were also discussed.

“No decision has been made yet. Discussions are
\nunderway. President Harutyunyan will soon personally present the overall
\nsituation and the position of the authorities,” Avanesyan said.
