“There are families that have not been able to get meat
\nproducts for months on end, that have not had a piece of bread for days.
\nUnfortunately, this is a long list.
<\/p><\/p>\n
Instead of engaging in intrigues, setting people against
\neach other and stirring up trouble in the country, the authorities of Artsakh
\nmust merely take action. <\/p>\n

Action implies not only looking for solutions to the
\nproblems that arise every single day, but also identifying and alleviating
\nthese problems in the short and medium term at least,” he wrote.

Abrahamyan noted that existential problems are facing the
\npeople in Artsakh. They are denied vital supplies. However, the
\ngovernment-backed circles constantly talk about holding power. Moreover, they
\nare trying to achieve this end by threatening to use weapons.

“Come to your senses! Power is neither a privilege, nor
\nmoney, nor a baton. First of all, it constitutes a responsibility, which you
\nhave assumed under the Constitution. So, you have to shoulder this
\nresponsibility,” Abrahamyan wrote.
