Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has stated that Israeli authorities carried out an assassination attempt against him, but it failed, TASS<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

“Yes, they tried, but they failed,” Pezeshkian said in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson.<\/p>\n

The Iranian president added that the assassination attempt was carried out about a week and a half ago, noting that the United States had no involvement in it.<\/p>\n
